Pioneer operates as a marketplace, investment platform, and membership service. Our offerings include:

• Investment Listings – Connecting users with opportunities but not guaranteeing returns.

• Digital Marketplace – Selling digital & physical goods, including memberships.

• Subscription Services – Monthly & annual membership access to exclusive content.

Pioneer does not provide financial advice, nor do we make any guarantees on investment outcomes. All investment decisions are at the user’s own discretion. We simply provide access to a curated ecosystem of businesses and opportunities.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.

• You must provide accurate registration details and update them if needed.

• Account security is your responsibility—do not share login credentials.

• Pioneer is not liable for unauthorized account use. If you suspect a security breach, contact us immediately at hi@pioneer.surf.

We respect your privacy and do not engage in unnecessary data collection beyond what is required to maintain your account and provide services.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

We want our users to feel secure and confident in every purchase. Here’s what to expect:

• Digital Memberships: Memberships auto-renew until canceled. Once canceled, you retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

• Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on memberships.

• Physical Products: We do not issue refunds, but if there is a defect or issue with a purchase, we are happy to work with you to arrange an exchange or resolution.

• Investment Transactions: Pioneer does not process investments directly—transactions occur between users and investment opportunities listed on our platform.

5. Marketplace & No Resale Policy

• Purchased digital assets and memberships are for personal use only.

• Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging any Pioneer products is strictly prohibited.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We take platform integrity very seriously. Pioneer reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

• Investigate accounts engaged in suspicious activity for potential fraud prevention.

• We do not provide financial advisory services—our platform simply connects users to opportunities.

• We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but service disruptions, technical glitches, or downtime may occur.

While we stand behind our products and services, users assume full responsibility for their decisions and interactions on the platform.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

We hope that any concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably. However, in the case of disputes:

• Users are encouraged to reach out to us first for a resolution.

• If necessary, disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada.

• In the event of a disagreement, Pioneer’s decisions regarding account suspensions, policy enforcement, and disputes are final.
